The JW Hart PBR Challenge – The Last Ride, scheduled for May 16th, has been postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We apologize for the late notice but we have been closely working with State, County and PBR officials. Based on early projections, we were all hopeful that the May 16th date would allow for a reduced capacity event after the recent sheltering guidelines were eased.
However, in light of the current environment, it is clear and appropriate that the event be postponed until it is entirely safe for our fans, riders, volunteers and our community to conduct such an event. The health and safety of those constituents are paramount in our planning. We have worked closely with the PBR the past two months and will continue to do so for the 2020 JW Hart PBR Challenge. It is our full intent to hold the event for 2020.
Ticket sales through Etix for the event will be placed on hold until further notice. Fans are welcome to leave those reservations in place until we open up sales with a new date. Any ticket holder needing to request a refund for the event can do so through Etix here https://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help2.jsp. Please note, if you do refund your tickets, your seats will be open for sale once the new event date is announced and tickets go back on sale.
We will provide more frequent updates going forward as we know more. We encourage everyone to be patient, follow all state and local guidelines and stay safe during these difficult times. Get the latest updates via their Facebook Page.
