The Boys and Mark Moran are at it again! Mural coming to Downtown Decatur TX.

The boys and Mark Moran are at it again! The next step is the mural! What do you think it is going to be?

Downtown-Decatur-TX-MuralThe doors mark the second major public art project for the Hayhurst brothers and Kris Hibbitts, who own OneLight Workshop, a furniture and design business. Mark Moran said, “Jake, Daniel, and Kris are creating amazing works of art for our projects and we could not be any happier!”

The doors modeled after their Australian uncle’s saloon doors that he brought over when he moved here. Each door weighs around 700 pounds and are 8.5 feet long and 6 feet tall.

They helped to create an artistic and unique ambiance from the trim down to the floor at West Oak Coffee Bar in Denton and will create a similar look inside our very own Trinity Street Coffee Bar.

One Light Workshop was built in May 2014 by brothers Jake and Dan Hayhurst with Kris coming on board in the summer of 2015. The shop is located on a farm in Bridgeport, TX. Their vision started when they realized the desperate need for true, genuine artistry in the furniture business. They believe in a one-of-a-kind, handmade, durable product. In addition to producing beautifully unique pieces, they also design and create spaces around the DFW area.
