Business Retention & Expansion Team

The Business Retention and Expansion team supporting Decatur business and industry consists of the DEDC Business Intelligence Specialist and other representatives from DEDC as needed, the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, Wise County, Weatherford College of Wise County and Decatur Independent School District for workforce needs, the Texas Workforce Development Program Representative for the Decatur area in acting as the liaison for grants and training ,and the City of Decatur Development Services Department. Various members of this team will visit business and industry on a regular basis sharing available resources and addressing any needs or issues.
