County unveils new court center

After making a few remarks, Wise County Judge J.D. Clark flung open the doors Monday and welcomed in the public to see the newly remodeled County Court Center.

The year-long remodel of the former First National Bank building at 306 W. Main in Decatur, Texas was complete, and people were getting their first look at the two new courtrooms and the offices for Precinct 1 justice of the peace, County Court-at-Law No. 1 and county attorney offices.
