Decatur EDC is very pleased to announce that Omega Research, Inc. is locating in Eagles Landing Business Park in Decatur, Texas! Omega Research is an aerospace testing laboratory operation that will increase prosperity in our community by creating quality jobs with a minimum average salary greater than the current Wise County average salary of $45,000. The company will also be delivering a large capital investment in their impressive new facility (pictured) that will proudly stand at the entrance of Eagles Landing Business Park. This investment further diversifies Decatur’s economy, bringing quality jobs and expanded tax base to our community. As a result, the City of Decatur, Wise County and Decatur ISD will have increased property tax values to fund important public projects and reduce the future tax burden on citizens. There is no better way to reduce property taxes than to bring new industry investments into our community!
